Julia and Nat say
Julia:
I'm studying Business too. Nice to meet you Nat.
Nat:
Nice to meet you too , Julia.

When we meet a new person, we say:

Nice to meet you.
Pleased to meet you.

2. Asking questions

Tom and Mei say
Tom:
Are you a student?
Mei:
Yes, I study English. What about you?
Tom: I'm an English teacher.

Ben and Amy say
Ben:
Where do you live?
Amy:
In Roseville. How about you?
Ben: In Bondi.

Julia and Nat say
Julia:
What are you studying?
Nat:
I'm studying Business. And you? What are you studying?
Julia: I'm studying Business too.

What about you? = How about you? = And you?

3. When you don't understand

Tom and Mei say
Tom:
I live in Chatswood.
Mei:
Could you say that again, please?
Tom: Sorry … Chatswood.

When we don't understand something, we say:

Could you say that again please?
Could you repeat that please?
Could you speak more slowly?
