Read about Chiara.
	Chiara gets up at 9 o'clock in the morning.
	After breakfast she goes to the dance studio.
	She arrives at the studio at 11 o'clock.
	After lunch she practises.
	She leaves the studio at 5.00 pm .

At 9 o'clock, in the morning, after breakfast, at 11 o'clock, after lunch, at 5.00 pm and in the afternoon are time phrases.
Time phrases usually go at the beginning or the end of the sentence.

Examples

We practise for two hours before lunch.

Are you going shopping this afternoon ?

He always goes for a walk after dinner .

At night I usually watch TV or read a book.
