How to say how often you do something.
Luis and Marianna say:
Marianna:
What do you do every day?
Luis:
… I get up each weekday at 7 o'clock. I always have a big breakfast...

Sometimes I relax but I usually answer my emails… I usually have dinner about 9 pm. I don't often go to nightclubs. I never drink alcohol.

Always, sometimes, usually, often and never are adverbs of frequency They tell us how often something happens.
