	How to say how often you do something.

Luis and Marianna say:
Marianna:	What do you do every day?
Luis:	… I get up each weekday at 7 o'clock. I always have a big breakfast...
	Sometimes I relax but I usually answer my emails… I usually have dinner about 9 pm. I don't often go to nightclubs. I never drink alcohol.

Always, sometimes, usually, often and never are adverbs of frequency They tell us how often something happens.

Look at the place of the verb.

BUT

Marianna and Luis say:

Luis:	Let's see … aah… I get up each weekday at 7 am.

We also use each and every to talk about how often we do things.
