1. Excuse me... Could you...

The man in the fruit shop and Julia say:
Julia:
Excuse me , could you tell me where the post office is?
Man:
Sure, it's on the first floor, between the bank and the hair salon.

Julia doesn't know the man. She says " Excuse me ". We say excuse me to be polite.

Julia asks
Julia:
"Excuse me, Could you tell me where the post office is?"
" Could you say that again, please?"

We say c ould you to be polite.

2. Thank you

Okay. Thanks for your help .
Man:
No problem.

The man helps Julia. She says " Thanks for your help ."
