Marianna Evans is a radio journalist. She is talking to Chiara Stopini, an Italian dancer.
Marianna:
Good morning. Today I'm talking to Chiara Stopini. Chiara is a dancer with the Italian National Dance Company. Chiara lives in Rome with her husband but travels around the world with the dance company. Now she is in Sydney.
Welcome Chiara.
Chiara:
Thank you Marianna. It's nice to be here.
Marianna: So, do you like Sydney, Chiara?
Chiara: Oh it's wonderful. It's a beautiful city and the people are really friendly.
Marianna: So you're having a good time?
Chiara: Yes I am Marianna.
Marianna: So Chiara, is the life of a dancer a lot of fun or is it hard work?
Chiara: Well it's fun - and it's hard work.
Marianna: I see. Tell me about your life in Rome. What do you do every day?
Chiara: Well I get up at nine in the morning and I have breakfast with my husband. We talk and read the newspaper.
Marianna: Okay, what do you do after breakfast?
Chiara: After breakfast I go to the dance studio. I arrive at the studio at 11 o'clock.
Marianna: Mmmm...
Chiara: Then I work with the other dancers for two hours. I have lunch at 1 o'clock.
