Good afternoon, surgery.
Mei:
Yes, hi. I'd like to speak with Dr Lander please.
Receptionist: I'm sorry, she's not here right now. Can someone else help you?
Mei: Well, Dr Lander said to call on Wednesday.
Receptionist: Oh. She's usually in on Wednesday but today she's sick.
Mei: Ohhh.
Receptionist: She'll be back tomorrow. You can call her then, or can Dr Rees help you?
Mei: No, I really want to talk to Dr Lander.
Receptionist: OK, she'll be here tomorrow evening after five o'clock.
Mei: That's fine, thank you very much.
Receptionist: You're welcome, goodbye.
Mei: Bye.
