Julia:
Yes, hello. I'd like to make an appointment to see a doctor please.
Receptionist: Yes, can I have your name please?
Julia: Yes, it's Rogers, Julia Rogers.
Receptionist: Julia Rogers. R-O-G-E-R-S?
Julia: Yes, that's right.
Receptionist: And your phone number please Julia?
Julia: 9357 2618.
Receptionist: That's 9357 2618?
Julia: Yes, that's right.
Receptionist: When do you want to see a doctor?
Julia: Can I see someone today?
Receptionist: I'm sorry , no one can see you until tomorrow morning. Is it urgent?
Julia: Yes, I have a very painful stomach ache. When I eat or drink anything, I vomit. I feel very sick.
Receptionist: Right...because this is urgent I'm sure Dr Lever will see you . Is 11.30 OK?
Julia: Yes, thanks a lot.
