Waitress:	Here we are. Steak, prawns, pasta and barbecue chicken.
Tim:	Oh, who ordered barbecue chicken?
Eriko:	Um, I think there's been a mistake. I ordered a chicken salad.
Waitress:	I'm very sorry. I'll fix that immediately.
Jessica:	Oh and what about our water?
Waitress:	Yes certainly. I'll get that too.

Waitress:	Here is your chicken salad madam. Sorry it took so long.
Eriko:	That's OK. Thank you.
Tim:	Er, one more thing, I'm afraid my steak is rare. I ordered medium. I really can't eat it like this.
Waitress:	I apologise! I'll take it back to the chef. Is there anything else I can get you?
Yasu:	Yes, could you bring me a serviette please?
Waitress:	Of course! I'm really sorry, we're so busy tonight.
Jessica:	Don't worry about it.
