Receptionist:	Hello, this is Kim. Can I help you?
Maria:	Hello, Kim, my name's Maria. I'm ringing up for more information about your coaching course.
Kim:	Yes, Maria, what would you like to know?
Maria:	Where is the course held?
Kim:	Our courses are always held in our city pool, at Glebe Crossing.
Maria:	That's quite near me. And is there a written exam?
Kim:	No, there isn't.
Maria:	Oh, OK. And do I have to fill out an enrolment form?
Kim:	No, that's not necessary. You can just book with me over the phone.
Maria:	Well, that's easy! And does the course run every weekend?
Kim:	We run the course when there are 5 people. That's almost every weekend. Just phone and I'll let you know.
Maria:	All right. And when I finish, will I be able to teach swimming to children?
Kim:	Yes you will, and to adults too.
Maria:	That's what I want. Well, that's all I need to know.
