We can use the future tense to talk about certain and uncertain events.

1. When we feel certain

Reg and Mr Baskett say:
Mr Baskett:
… The children will be able to start their training much sooner now, because we will have the best facilities and trainers right here….
Reg:
…I believe there will be an outdoor swimming pool, won't there? Will it be heated?
Mr Baskett: Yes Reg, that's right, a 50 metre heated pool, so now New Town will be able to hold official competitions at last. That will bring a lot of visitors here and more money into the community. There will also be a gym and basketball and tennis courts.

When the speaker feels certain about the future he/she uses will .

When we don't feel certain about the future, we use will + probably, most likely . We also use hope + will .

It will probably
