Mathew and Sophie go to the hospital to visit Petrina Harris, the victim of the mugging that they saw.

Conversation 1: Phoning the hospital

Receptionist:
Royal Princess Anne Hospital. Can I help you?
Sophie:
Hello. I wonder if you could tell me which ward Petrina Harris is in?
Receptionist: Do you know why she's in the hospital?
Sophie: Oh yes, sorry, I forgot to say. She was mugged!
Receptionist: All right, then, she'll be in the women's general ward. Just let me check our records on the computer. Yes, that's right, she's in Ward 24.
Sophie: That's great. We weren't sure where to find her. And could you tell me which floor that's on?
Receptionist: It's on the second floor, room 4.
Sophie: Right. Oh ... and I also need to know the visiting hours.
